What does the “Ascenders Return to Grace” have to do with Powerful You Powerful Me?
If you notice in every situation throughout the book, the characters involved are given opportunities by others to challenge themselves by making choices.
As each character grows, they learn to make bigger choices and better choices. The end result is they become more powerful as individuals.
The offering in these books is to provide a medium for the reader to look at their own lives to determine how they disempower themselves by making choices that limit their full expression of life and ones that help them be the amazing person they were born as.
Through proper treatment, any disempowering or limiting belief can be reframed into a powerful positive belief. After all, a limiting belief is just a powerful belief turned inside out!
A real-life example
Back in the day, I was a truck driver. I drove really big ones early on but later chose to drive medium-sized ones.
One day, I was driving a one-ton delivery truck, I needed to buy fuel, so I stopped at a gas station. When I came in to pay, the young clerk exclaimed in wonder to me, “How could I drive such a big truck?” She said to me. She told me, she would be too afraid to do such a thing.
I said nothing at the time. However, a couple of weeks later, I happened to be in the area in my 5-ton truck, so I stopped in.
She recognized me when I came in, so I smiled and said, “Do you understand what it means when your mind tells you that you are too afraid to do something?”
She shook her head not knowing what to say.
“When your mind is saying it is too afraid to do something, it is really saying, I do not have enough information to do that task.”
I then asked her, “If you really wanted to drive a big truck (pointing at my 5-ton) like this what could you do?”
She smiled and answered, “Go to a driving school!”
That is the story of The Ascenders. Recognized the limiting fear! Get past the fear. Get past the limitations! You can do anything you set your mind to!
Just get enough information to make a good choice.
